SHIPPING
PROCESSING TIME
The time between when you order and when items ship out can vary. It is usually between 1-3 business days, but may be longer during a sale or busy times of year. Due to Covid-19, shipping times can no longer be guaranteed, but I will do my best to get your order to you as quickly as the post will allow.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Canada: 3-7 business days
United States: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 1-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-5 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them, as delays can and do happen at customs, and mail volumes can also effect delivery times.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Customs, duties, and taxes are levied by the country being mailed to, and are sometimes issued randomly. If you are ordering internationally, be aware there is a good chance you will need to pay duty and a handling fee to your local carrier. I am not able to pay these for you, and it is a felony to falsify customs declarations to avoid these fees.
RETURNS

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
